your own surroundings. Based at our luxury care home in Woking we have care staff available to answer
calls 24 hours a day, we can give you peace of mind knowing that we will always be at the other end of the phone.
This also enables us to keep our overheads low and pass on these savings to our customers.
The quality of our carers determines the quality of our service. We have a very good proven bank of
staff some of whom have been with us for over fifteen years. Greys staff

quality care to the elderly since 1984.
Greys holds Employers and Public Liability Insurance up to five million pounds. Furthermore, all homecare
carers hold individual insurance when working for the clients in their own home.
Compulsory annual checks on all homecare properties must be maintained these include
Gas boiler and appliance testing, boiler testing and PAT (portable appliance testing).
These can be carried out by out team of professionals as part of our package.
Care at Home Fees include: 24 hour manned head office, Carer Wages and Holiday Pay, Carers Tax and National
Insurance, CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, Training. Employers National Insurance & Commission, activities (with option 3),
and associated travel costs, monthly newsletters and insurance.
