In addition to offering days out in Woking, Surrey, and the surrounding areas, our outings range from Buckingham Palace to the seaside. We also arrange a variety of activities at home. All outings are provided at no extra charge, and this year’s scheduled days out include trips to Buckingham Palace, RHS Wisley, and The Ivy. We also have an annual trip to the seaside for arcades and fish and chips and our 38th Annual Summer Fete.

We encourage our residents to enjoy all that we have on offer but accept that each individual has different interests, and endeavour to support people to continue their own hobbies and pastimes. Our library of brooks is refreshed every three months and we have lots of large-print crosswords and word searches etc., to keep our "Grey" matter active!

Newsletter

We also publish a regular newsletter to keep residents informed of current affairs and national, cultural, and sporting events, as well as links with the local community and churches. The newsletter also includes details of Residents’ Meetings and upcoming outings.
